摘  要:用菲涅耳衍射理论分析圆孔(屏、球)衍射的复振幅分布,根据其复振幅分布式得到的圆孔(屏、球)衍射成像公式与半波带法和矢量法得到的结果一致。并从理论上解释了圆孔衍射和圆屏(球)衍射图样中心的异同和泊松亮斑的成因。这种方法加深了我们对衍射成像过程的认识。Distribution of complex amplitudes of circular aperture and barrier & sphere diffraction imaging is deduced by Fresnel diffraction theory. And imaging formula accordance with results of half-wave and vector method is obtained by their distribution of complex amplitudes. And the different of phenomenon of circular aperture and barrier & sphere diffraction imaging is theoretically studied and Poisson's spot of causes is analyzed. So the method could help ones to understand diffraction imaging's process.
