摘  要:混合工质的传热系数非常低,采用机械加工表面多孔管可以大大提高其沸腾传热系数.本文建立了混合制冷工质在机械加工表面多孔管外沸腾传热过程的模型,并推导了其沸腾传热膜系数的经验关联方程,在实验范围内,该经验方程与实验数据的最大偏差不超过13.8%,平均偏差小于4.97%.It is well known that the nucleate boiling heat transfer coefficients of nonazeotropic mixtures on a plain tube is significantly low. The heat transfer enhancement technique can largely increase the pool boiling heat transfer performance of refrigerant mixtures. The objective of the present paper was to obtain nucleate pool boiling heat transfer mechanism model and experience equation for new refrigerants mixtures on processed porous tube as to determine the potential for application to refrigerants evaporator. The experiment results showed that the experience equation was quite accurate, with a maximum error of 13.8% and an average error of 4.97% when comparing with experimental data.
