摘　　要：针对工程和环卫机械装备长效防护需求,采用先进涂层技术赋予材料表面优异的性能,强化工程机械关键零部件抗复合腐蚀、抗综合性磨损和抗冲刷性能等,促成产品的研发在设计、新材料、新工艺方面的集成创新,提升产品的可靠性,提高装备的技术含量和性价比,并进一步扩大先进涂层技术的推广应用范围。Aiming at the needs of long-lasting defense on engineering and sanitary machinery,we applied advanced coating technology to the surface of machine parts to get high performance products,to strengthen the corrosion,abrasion and erosion resistance properties of machine parts,to bring about research and development on the integration innovation of design,new materials and new technology,to upgrade the reliability,quality and cost performance of products,and to expand further the application range of advanced coating technology.
