Detection of Skin Electric Potential Along Pericardium Meridian Under Common Condition

摘  要:采用中科院力学所和福建省中医药研究院共同研制的皮肤电位和皮肤阻抗测试的微机系统,选用从丹麦进口的质地优良性能稳定的Ag-AgCl乏极化电极,在心包经前臂段选3个测试水平(内关、郄门、郄门-曲泽中点),对38人进行了75次试验。结果表明:①未施加任何外界刺激时,心包经上测试点皮肤电位与两侧非经对照点之间无显著差异(P>0.05),经上穴位与经上非穴点之间也无显著差异(P>0.05);②)针刺大陵时,以手法运针对经上测试点和非经对照点的皮肤电位均有显著的影响,电针的影响则不显著(P>0.05)。A newly developed computer system for detecting skin electric potential and impedance together with accurate nonpolarized electrode has been used. Three different levels in the forearm of pericardium meridian (P.6, P.4 and the midpoint between P.3 and P.4) have been selected and 75 times in 38 cases of healthy people have been detected. The result shows that, 1.under the condition without any external stimulation the skin electric potential has not any obvious difference between the meridian points and the non meridian control points (P>0.05), and between acup points and nonacup points in the meridian (P>0.05). 2.As puncturing P.7, the affect of manipulation to the skin electric potential on the detecting points in the meridian and on the non meridian control points is obvious, while that of electric stimulation is unobvious (P>0.05).
