摘 要:目的研究鬼箭羽对2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛β细胞形态学的影响。方法应用高脂饲料加STZ造成2型糖尿病模型后,将大鼠随机分成模型组、鬼箭羽组、优降糖组3组,并设立空白对照组,模型组与空白对照组给予生理盐水,其余两组分别予以鬼箭羽、优降糖灌胃,干预4周后,尾静脉采血检测空腹血糖,对胰腺组织切片进行HE染色、免疫组化检测,观察大鼠胰岛β细胞变化。结果鬼箭羽组大鼠空腹血糖明显低于模型组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);免疫组化检测显示,鬼箭羽组大鼠胰岛β细胞阳性程度较高,各项指标与模型组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鬼箭羽在能降低血糖的同时,对胰岛β细胞具有一定的保护作用。Objective To research the influence of Euonymus alatus on islet β-cell in type 2 diabetic rats.Methods The models were induced with the high fat feed and STZ,and all rats were divided randomly into 4 groups: the control,Euonymus alatus,Glibenclamide and blank control groups were given different treatments respectively for 4 weeks,then,the fasting blood glucose to be detected,the pancreas tissues were stained with hematoxylin and eosin,and immunohistochemistry to observe the changes of islet β-cell.Results The fasting blood glucose in Euonymus alatus group were obviously decreased than that in control group(P〈0.05);the im-munohistochemistry testing showed that the extent of positive staining of islet βCell in Euonymus alatus group was higher than that in other groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion Euonymus alatus can lower the blood glucose and preserve βCell of islet in rats.
