摘 要:目的观察果王素对D-半乳糖(D-gal)致衰老模型小鼠学习记忆能力及抗氧化能力的影响。方法皮下注射10%D-gal 6周建立衰老小鼠模型,同时灌胃给予果王素,正常对照组和模型组给予等量生理盐水。用Morris水迷宫实验检测小鼠的学习记忆能力,同时检测小鼠脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力以及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果与正常组比较,模型组小鼠学习记忆能力降低,脑组织SOD活力下降,MDA含量增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。灌胃给予高、低不同剂量的果王素后,小鼠上述变化明显改善,与模型组、正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论果王素可改善D-gal衰老模型小鼠的学习记忆能力,其作用机制可能与果王素具有抗氧化能力有关。Objective To observe the effects of Guowangsu(unsaturated fatty acid of actini-dia chinesis planch seed oil) on learning and memory function and in senile model mice in-duced by D-galactose.Methods The senile model mice were established by D-galac-tose hypodermic injection for 6 weeks and given Guowangsu in therapeutic group and the same normal saline in the contreol and model groups at the same time,The learning and memory a-bility of all mice were tested with Morris water maze.Then the mice were killed and bichemi-cally assayed of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in the brain were detected.Results Compared with control group,the learning and memory abilities in model group were lowered(P〈0.01),SOD activity in the brain decreased(P〈0.01) and the MDA content increased(P〈0.01).And after given Guowangsu,all the abilities were significantly improved(P 0.01).Conclusion Guowangsu can improve the learning and memory abilities which may be related to the modulation of the anti-oxidative ability.
