摘 要:目的探讨百合种质资源间亲缘关系的遗传多样性。方法利用随机扩增多态性DNA标记(RAPD)分子标记技术进行遗传多样性研究。结果35条随机引物用于PCR扩增,共得到769个扩增位点,628个位点具有多态性,占81.7%,其中江苏省引种栽培的2个农家品系(尖头系和平头系)种源之间的遗传变异最小,湖南衡山野外的大百合和甘肃引种的细叶百合种源之间遗传变异最大;根据RAPD标记划分l6个百合种源在阈值为0.940 7时分为2个RAPD群,即分别属于百合科的百合属和大百合属;阈值为0.579 0时,百合属分为3个种,即分别为百合、卷丹和细叶百合。结论分子标记可用于百合种质资源的分类、真伪鉴定、选育良种。Objective To investigate and discuss the genetic relationship of germplasm resources of Lily,and analyze their inheritable variety.Method RAPD was used to study.Re-sults The PCR amplification with 35 screened primers were conducted to access and 769 genes were obtained,and 628(81.7% of total genes) genes of which were polymorphic.The genetic variation is lowest between the germplasm resource of pike lily and the germplasm resource of truncated lily which introducted from Jiangsu.The genetic variation is biggest between the wild kind Cardiocrinum giganteum(Wall.) Makino in Hengshan and Lilium pumilum DC.introducted from Gansu.The 16 Lily materials were divided into two RAPD groups at 0.9407.There are two different genera plants: Lilium and Cardiocrinum;Lilium was divided into three different types at 0.5790: Lilium brownii F.E.Brown var.viridulum Baker,L.lancifolium Thunb and L.pumilum DC.Conclusion The RAPD can be used for the classification,authenticity and the good breeds selective of the germplasm resources of the Lily.
