摘  要:目的建立荷叶中芦丁和荷叶碱含量的测定方法,比较不同产地和采收时间对荷叶中芦丁和荷叶碱含量的影响。方法采用HPLC法对14个不同来源和本市产的5个不同采收时间的荷叶进行超声提取后,分别测定提取物中芦丁和荷叶碱的含量。结果由于产地、采收时间的不同,芦丁和荷叶碱的含量差异较大,其中岳阳、江苏、浙江、湘潭的荷叶中活性成分含量较高。结论本法可以用于荷叶中芦丁和荷叶碱的质量控制,不同产地和采收期的荷叶中芦丁和荷叶碱的含量由于土壤或者气候等各种因素的影响,差异比较明显,实验结果可用于指导筛选荷叶优良产地和合理采集利用荷叶资源。Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of rutin and nucifer-ine in lotus leaves and compare the effect on the content of rutin and nuciferine in lotus leaves from different places and different collected time.Methods HPLC was used to determine rutin and nuciferine in lotus leaves after ultrasonic extraction in 14 kinds of different sources and 5 kinds of different collecting tome.Results There existed the more differencesbetween the contents of rutin and nuciferine as the leaves were from the different places and different collecting time,in which the peak areas of active components in lotus leaves from Yueyang,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Xiangtan were rather higher.Conclusion HPLC method can be used for quality control of rutin and nuciferine in lotus leaves,and the different contents of rutin and nuciferine in lotus leaves are influenced by different places and different collecting time,which can be used to screen fine producing areas and guide the reasonable collecting and making the most of lotus leaves resources.
