摘 要:目的:测定六神丸中麝香酮和胆酸的含量,考察六神丸中天然麝香和牛黄的质量。方法:采用气相色谱法测定麝香酮含量,色谱条件:采用HP50+石英毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.53mm,1μm),火焰离子化检测器(FID),检测器:190℃,以N2为载气,柱温为165℃,进样口为150℃。采用高效液相色谱法测定胆酸含量,色谱条件:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以乙腈-0.15%磷酸水溶液(39:61)为流动相;检测波长为192nm。结果:麝香酮和胆酸分别在23.90~1195.00μg/mL(r=0.9997,n=6)和0.20512~4.1024mg/mL(r=0.9999,n=11)范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.64%(RSD=2.00%,n=6)和98.25%(RSD=1.06%,n=6)。结论:2种方法都能准确测定六神丸中麝香酮和胆酸的含量,其结果可一定程度上体现六神丸中天然麝香和牛黄的质量。Purpose:To assay muskone and cholalic acid in Liushen Pill for the quality investigation of Liushen Pill. Method:HPLC method was used to assay cholalic acid, in which C18 was used for the separation, aeetonitrile-0.15% phosphate acid solution (39:61) was used as mobile phase, and the detective wavelength was at 192nm.GC method was used to assay muskone, in which HP 50+ capillary column was selected for the separation (30 m 0.53 mm, 1μm), FID was used as detector with the temperature set at 190℃, cartier was N2, the column temperature was 165℃, and the inlet was at 150℃. Result:muskone and cholalic acid fell in the range of 23.90- 1195.00 μg/mL(r = 0.9997, n=6) and 0.20512-4.1024 mg/mL (r=0.9999, n=11) respectively, the average recoveries were 99.64%{RSD= 2.00%, n=6) and 98.25% (RSD=1.06%,n=6}. Conclusion :Two methods can accurately determine muskone and cholalic acid in Liushen Pill, the determination result could reflect the quality of Liushen Pill to some extent.
