舒适护理在结肠镜检查中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨舒适护理在结肠镜检查病人中的应用,以减轻病人在结肠镜检查中的疼痛不适。[方法]将220例结肠镜检查病人随机分为两组,常规护理组给予常规护理,舒适护理组在常规护理基础上给予舒适护理,观察两组病人检查过程中腹痛、紧张、恐惧程度及进镜时间。[结果]两组病人检查过程中腹痛、紧张、恐惧程度经秩和检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组结肠镜前端至回盲部所需时间:常规护理组为(13.40±5.18)min,舒适护理组为(9.61±3.65)min,经t检验,t=6.351,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]舒适护理体现"以人为本"的护理理念,提高了病人的满意度。Objective：To probe into the application of comfortable nursing for patients accepting colonoscopy,so as to relieve the pain for them during colonoscopy.Methods：A total of 110 patients undergoing colonoscopy were selected and divided into test and control groups randomly.Patients in control group were given conventional nursing care.Patients of test group were given corresponding nursing measures based on their physiological and psychological indispositions.Results：In terms of abdominal pain,tension and dread degree during colonoscopy,there were statistical significant differences by rank sum test between the two groups（P0.01）.It demonstrated that comfortable nursing was markedly superior to routine nursing.The time of colonoscope anterior extremity to ileocecal junction in control group needed 13.4±5.18 min,and in test group needed 9.61±3.65 min.There was statistical significant difference by T test（t=6.351）between the two groups（P0.01）.The time of colonoscope anterior extremity to ileocecal junction in test group cases was shorter than that of control group.Conclusion：Comfortable nursing reflected the true implementation of humanized nursing care.It could keep patients comfortable and relaxed during colonoscopy.It personalized the people-oriented nursing philosophy.And it could enhance the satisfaction degree of patients as well.
