脊柱结核手术后病人应用躯干支具的护理及康复指导

摘　　要：[目的]总结脊柱结核病人手术后应用支具的护理方法。[方法]对38例脊柱结核手术后的病人通过绝对卧床、支具固定制动、防止脊柱扭曲,并配合药物、补充足够营养等护理。[结果]38例病人手术后能早期下地,未发生护理并发症。[结论]脊柱结核病人手术后正确使用躯干支具,可以起到良好的固定作用,有效稳定脊柱,缩短病人的卧床时间,提高疗效,预防并发症。Objective：It summarized nursing method for postoperative patients with spinal tuberculosis accepting trunk braces.Method：A total of 38 postoperative patients were asked to keep lying in bed absolutely,braces fixation and braking.They were prevented from the spinal column twisting and given medicines and supplement of enough nutrition and so on.Results：All 38 patients can go around off-bed in early time.No nursing complications were occurred after operation.Conclusion：Postoperative spinal tuberculosis patients using trunk braces correctly may reach a good fixation.It can stabilize the spinal column effectively and shorten the time of lying in bed for patients.It can enhance the curative effect and prevent complications for them as well.
