灵益胶囊对吗啡依赖性猴戒断症状的治疗效果

摘　　要：灵益胶囊是用于治疗阿片类依赖患者的中药制剂，最近已被卫生部批准进行临床试验。我们在吗啡依赖性猴模型上对其脱毒药效学进行了评价，并与可乐定进行了比较。结果表明：在所试剂量范围内，灵益胶囊可不同程度地减轻吗啡依赖猴的自然戒断症状，其中大、中剂量组（０．４、０．２ｇ·ｋｇ－１）从停吗啡后的ｄ１起就能明显控制戒断症状，治疗结束时，两组的戒断症状总平均分值均明显低于ＮＳ组（Ｐ＜０．０５），疗效与可乐定组相当（Ｐ＞０．０５），其中０．２ｇ·ｋｇ－１剂量组的效能似优于可乐定。对吗啡依赖猴的体重下降，灵益胶囊和可乐定均无控制作用。以上结果表明，灵益胶囊对吗啡依赖动物戒断症状的脱毒治疗效果肯定，效能与可乐定相当。Lingyi capsule is a traditional Chinese medicine for treating opioid addicts which has been approved by Ministry of Health. We evaluated its detoxification on the morphine-dependent monkeys. The results indicated that Lingyi capsule at tested dosages could alleviate opiate withdrawal symptoms to a different extent on the model of natural withdrawal test in morphine-dependent monkeys. Of all dosages, large and middle one groups(0.4,0.2 g·kg-1) could significantly control the withdrawal symptoms the first day of morphine withdrawal. At the end of the treatment (d 7), the scores of withdrawal syndromes in the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group( P<0.05). The curative effect was equal to that of clonidine, the efficacy of 0.2 g·kg-1 dosage group was even better than that of clonidine. Both Lingyi capsule and clonidine could not control the weight loss induced by morphine withdrawal in the monkeys.
