莫匹罗星乳膏加中药联合治疗痤疮临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察莫匹罗星乳膏外用加中药内服治疗痤疮的效果。方法随机将入选168例病人分为两组。治疗组采用莫匹罗星乳膏、维A酸乳膏外用。对照组口服红霉素,外用维A酸乳膏。两组病人均使用自拟中药方水煎服,同时使用药渣外洗。结果治疗组痤疮消失,治愈率达72.22%,复发率低。对照组治愈率54%,有效率低,复发时间快。结论莫匹罗星乳膏加中药联合治疗痤疮,方法简单,治疗时间短,有效率高,副作用少。Objective To exolore the curative effects of combined use of mupirocin and traditional Chines medicine on acne. Methods 168 cases of aene were randomly selected and classified into two groups. The treatment group were treated with mupirocin and tretinoin acid cream for external use. The contrast group was treat- ed with erythroycin and tretinoin acid cream. The herb juice was oral administered and the leaves were used to wash the lesion. Results The aene di^ppeared and recurrence was low with the curative rate being 72.22 %. The curative rate was 54 % and the recurrence was high. Conclusion The combined use of mupirocin and Chinese medicine can shorten the treatment time and enhance the curative effect without causing many side effects.
