摘　　要：目的：探讨小剂量重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子（ｒｈＧＣＳＦ）的升白细胞作用。方法：Ｇ组２１例（淋巴瘤１１例，多发性骨髓瘤１０例），Ｃ组（对照组）２１例（淋巴瘤１２例，多发性骨髓瘤９例）。化疗后若ＷＢＣ≤３．０×１０９／Ｌ，Ｇ组用ｒｈＧＣＳＦ１μｇ·ｋｇ－１·ｄ－１，皮下注射，连用３ｄ；Ｃ组用鲨肝醇、利血生、维生素Ｂ４等治疗。记录各例ＷＢＣ≥４．０×１０９／Ｌ所需天数。Ｇ组使用ｒｈＧＣＳＦ前后的白细胞数差异用配对ｔ检验，Ｇ组与Ｃ组ＷＢＣ≥４．０×１０９／Ｌ所需天数用秩和检验。结果：Ｇ组用ｒｈＧＣＳＦ后比使用前的白细胞数明显升高（Ｐ＜０．００１），Ｇ组ＷＢＣ≥４．０×１０９／Ｌ所需天数比Ｃ组明显缩短（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：小剂量ｒｈＧＣＳＦ对某些肿瘤化疗后的白细胞减少有明显的升白细胞作用。Objective:To evaluate leukocyte promoting effect of recombinant human granulocytecolony stimulating factor (rhG CSF).Methods:Patients were diveded into 2 groups:11 malignant lymphoma and 10 multiple myeloma in rhG CSF treated(G) group and 12 malignant lymphoma and 9 multiple myeloma in control(C) group.All patients were treated with chemotherapy.To the patients with WBC≤3.0×10 9/L after chemotherapy were treated with rhG CSF 1 μg·kg -1 ·d -1 in group G and treated with batyl alcohol,pentoxyl and Vit B 4 in group C.Results:In group G WBC increased markedly after treatment with rhG CSF 1 μg·kg -1 ·d -1 ×3 d( P <0.001).The days needed for WBC to rise above 4.0×10 9/L in group G was significantly shorten than that in group C( P <0.01).Conclusions:low dose rhG CSF can increase the WBC count in leukopenia caused by chemotherapy in malignant tumor.
