摘　　要：针对现有农村配电网GIS系统中缺少自主建模、高级业务分析功能等缺点,提出一种适合农村配电网管理实际应用的三层体系结构,基于底层空间数据库建立配电GIS基础平台,实现配电网网络建模功能,并在基础GIS平台上提供高级配网业务分析功能。In light of such defects as lack of self-modeling and high-level operational analysis in the GIS of rural distribution network,a three-tier architecture is devised which is fit for rural distribution networks in practical applications. On the basis of underlying spatial database,GIS-based distribution platform is established and network modeling is achieved for distribution network. Senior operational analysis of distribution network is provided on the basic GIS platform.
