影响丹东水稻机插秧质量的因素分析

摘　　要：栽植机械化是丹东市水稻生产机械化的薄弱环节,丹东市水稻生产大多采用苗床双膜育苗方式。结合丹东水稻机插秧实际,提出影响栽插作业质量的两大因素在于秧苗质量和大田耕整质量,并从如何保证秧苗质量、整地质量等提出了具体要求,即从苗、地、机、人4个方面着手,可以确保水稻机插秧的质量。The rice production in Dandong mostly adopts the method of seedbed and double membrane to raise seedlings due to the weakness in mechanized rice transplantation. This article,in light of the reality in mechanized rice transplantation in Dandong,points out the two major factors that have an impact on the quality of rice transplantation,namely,the quality of seedlings and the quality of field tillage,and presents specific requirements as to enduring seedlings quality in terms of the four respects,including seedlings,land,machine and manual labor so as to guarantee the transplantation quality.
