摘 要:在以Brij56为前驱体制备的六方液晶模板中,利用电化学合成技术制备了有序介孔用Pt及PtRu合金纳米薄膜电极材料,并对其在直接甲醇燃料电池中的应用及特性进行了考察。结果表明,掺杂金属钌的Pt合金纳米材料具有更好的电催化性能。Mesoporous materials have been extensively studied for applications in fuel cells, sensors,batteries,and electrochemical capacitors because of the combination of high surface area and periodic nanostructure.Recently,the lyotropic liquid crystalline phases of surfactants are widely used as templates to prepare mesoporous materials due to the rich polymorphism and long-range periodicities of structures.The repeat distances of mesostructure range from 2 to 10 nanometers.By using Brij56 as template,we got the mesoporous Pt and PtRu films via electrodeposition method.The performance of mesoporous PtRu material is much more better than pure mesoporous Pt and especially better than bulk Pt film due to its catalysis and resistance of catalyst poisoning property in DMFC.
