摘　　要：推进党的建设科学化,是深入贯彻落实科学发展观的必然要求,是对党的建设经验教训的深刻总结,是新形势下推进党的建设新的伟大工程的迫切要求。推进党的建设科学化,必须坚持改革创新,必须加强制度建设。Carrying party construction forward scientifically is the necessary requirement of implementing and fulfilling scientific outlook on developments. It is also a profound summary of the lessons of party construction and an urgent need of advancing party construction under new circumstances. To advance party construction scientifically, we must adhere to the reform and innovation and strengthen institutional building.
