摘 要:目的探讨超声对军事训练所致肌肉损伤的诊断价值。方法选取251例临床初诊为肌肉损伤的参训官兵行超声检查,并作出肌肉损伤类型的诊断,同时行其它检查及临床随访,作出最终诊断,对比超声诊断与最终诊断。结果超声检查诊断训练所致肌肉挫伤、肌疝、血肿、断裂的敏感性分别为94.7%、100.0%、100.0%、92.0%,特异性分别为94.3%、99.1%、100.0%、99.1%,准确性分别94.0%、99.2%、100.0%、98.4%,其敏感性、准确性高于其它影像检查(P<0.01或P<0.05),特异性两者间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论超声是诊断训练所致肌肉损伤的首选方法 。Objective To probe into diagnosis value of ultrasound on muscle damage caused by military training.Method The 251 cases of newly diagnosed as muscle injury in the clinical ultrasound examination who were officers and soldiers participating military training,were selected to make the diagnosis type analysis of muscle damage.At the same time,the other examination and clinical follow-up were participated for working out the final diagnosis.The results of ultrasound diagnosis and the final diagnosis were compared.Result The sensitivity of ultrasound diagnosis of the training due to muscle contusion,muscle hernia,hematoma,fracture was 94.7%,100.0%,100.0%,92.0%,and the differentivity was 94.3%,99.1%,100.0%,99.1%,and the veracity was 94.0%,99.2%,100.0%,98.4%.The sensitivity,accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis was higher than the other imaging(P 0.01 or P0.05),the differentivity between the ultrasonography and other imaging had no significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound for diagnosing muscle damage caused by military training is first diagnosis choice.
