磷酸铝凝胶治疗上腹部疼痛综合征的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:观察磷酸铝凝胶联合埃索美拉唑治疗上腹部疼痛综合征的疗效。方法:将60例诊断为功能性消化不良上腹部疼痛综合征亚型的患者随机分为两组,分别予以磷酸铝凝胶联合埃索美拉唑,或单用埃索美拉唑治疗,分别评估治疗前及治疗2周后症状的严重程度,以及症状积分下降一半所需治疗时间。结果:联合用药的患者症状明显缓解,且症状积分下降一半所需治疗时间短于单用药物治疗的患者。结论:磷酸铝凝胶可明显缓解上腹部疼痛综合征患者的症状,并且起效时间短,作用迅速。Objective：To observe the effect of colloidal aluminium phosphate gel in treatment of epigastric pain syndrome.Methods：60 patients with epigastric pain syndrome（subtype of functional dyspepsia） were randomly divided into two groups.One group（30 patients） were treated with colloidal aluminium phosphate gel combined with esomeprazole, control group were only treated with esomeprazole.In the end of 2 weeks of therapeutic duration, the symptomatic score and the days needed for the half-time of symptomatic relief were evalued.Results：The symptom of the patients treated with two drugs were relieved obviously, and the days needed for the half-time of symptomatic relief were shorter compared with control group.Conclusion：Colloidal aluminium phosphate gel is positive and rapid effect in treatment of epigastric pain syndrome.
