中西医结合治疗强直性脊柱炎45例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)的临床疗效。方法:将90例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组45例。对照组仅用西药柳氮磺吡啶片治疗,治疗组采用中药与柳氮磺吡啶片联合治疗。结果:经治疗后,治疗组总有效率为97.78%,对照组为51.11%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药与柳氮磺吡啶片联合治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广使用。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy on ankylosing spondylitis treated with Chinese and Western medicine.Methods：90 cases of ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group ,45 cases in each one.In control group,simply western medicine was applied with sulfasalazine tablet.In treatment group,on the basis of the treatment as control group, traditional Chinese medicine was supplemented.Results：After treatment,the total effective rate was 97.78% in treatment group and was 51.11% in control group ,indicating significant difference in comparison（P0.01）.Conclusion：Coordination of traditional Chinese medicine and sulfasalazine tablet presentssignificant efficacy on ankylosing spondylitis with less adverse response.This therapy is worthy to be promoted
