中西医结合治疗腹部术后肠麻痹护理分析

摘　　要：目的:介绍本科应用中西医结合治疗腹部术后肠麻痹的护理体验。方法:单纯应用西医的护理方法作为对照组,应用中西医结合的护理方法为实验组,两组对照,观察患者痊愈时间、3d内痊愈率。结果:3d内的痊愈率实验组为93%,对照组为50%,实验组与对照组的3d痊愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合的治疗与护理有很好的互补性,因此应用中西医结合治疗和护理腹部术后肠麻痹能加快患者痊愈,缩短患者的住院时间,提高3d痊愈率,促进患者痊愈。Objective：To introduce the undergraduate application of integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment of abdominal postoperative intestinal paralysis care nursing experience.Methods：It was a simple application using Western methods of treatment and care as the control group and the application of integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment and care of the experimental group were compared, patients were observed up recovery time, cure rate within 3 days compared summary.Results：The combination of Chinese and Western medicine method of curative care within 3 days of the recovery rate of 93%, 50% of the control group, The experimental group and control group 3 days cure rate had statistically significantly differences（P0.01）.Conclusion：The combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment and care have a good complementary, The combined application of Chinese and Western medicine treatment and care in abdominal surgery patients with intestinal paralysis can speed up recovery and shorten the patients＇ hospital stay, increased by 3 days cure rate.
