摘  要:目的:探讨粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)骨髓干细胞动员对大鼠肝损伤的治疗作用。方法:将大鼠随机分为正常对照组(10只)、造模组(20只)。造模组采用腹腔注射四氯化碳的方法连续4w构建大鼠肝损伤模型,然后随机分为动员组(10只)和模型对照组(10只),动员组皮下注射G-CSF,连续6d。3w后采用检测大鼠肝功能、大鼠肝脏HE染色等方法进行观察。结果:3w后大鼠的肝功能较模型组没有明显恢复。结论:G-CSF骨髓干细胞动员治疗大鼠肝损伤,不能明显改善肝脏功能,也没有加重肝脏的病理变化。Objective: Explore the granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF) to mobilize bone marrow stem cells of rat liver damage in rats.Methods:The rats were randomly divided into normal control(n=10) and model group(n=20).Model uses the method of intraperitoneal injection of carbon tetrachloride for 4 weeks to build rat liver damage model,and then were randomly divided into the mobilization group(n=10) and model control group(n=10),and mobilization group were injected of the mobilization of group G-CSF subcutaneous for 6 d.After three weeks liver function,rat liver HE staining was observed.Results:After 3 weeks the liver function of mobilization group no significant recovery than the model group.Conclusion:G-CSF to mobilize bone marrow stem cells in rat liver damage can not significantly improve liver function,and there is no increase the pathological changes in liver.
