南瓜自交系净光合速率及其生理生态因子变化规律研究

摘  要:试验采用美国CID公司生产的CI-301光合作用测定仪,以四个南瓜自交系为试验材料,测定了其整个生育期内净光合速率以及其生理生态因子,从而为南瓜的栽培管理提供科学依据和指导性建议。结果表明,整个生育期内4个南瓜自交系的净光合速率、光合有效辐射、蒸腾速率及叶温均呈单峰曲线变化,净光合速率、光合有效辐射和蒸腾速率在抽蔓期达到最大值,之后随着生育期的进展而下降;胞间CO2浓度变化呈"U"形变化。Using CI-301 photosynthesis system made in CID Corporation of America and looking four pumpkins inbred lines as materials,the experiment measured pumpkin's net photosynthetic rate as well as its eco-physiological factors so that scientific suggestion can be provided for cultivation of pumpkin.The result indicated that: In the whole growth period,pumpkin's net photosynthetic rate and photosynthesis effective radiation and transpiration rate and leaf temperature were all the single-peak curve.The net photosynthetic rate and photosynthesis effective radiation and transpiration rate reached maximum in extraction vine period.The stomatal conductance reached minimum in extraction vine period.The intercellular space CO2 changed as "U".
