摘 要:本文以荧光法研究了四环素(TC)与-环糊精(β-CD)的包合作用,对包合物形成机理进行了研究,并利用β-CD对TC荧光的增敏作用建立了1种高灵敏度测定TC的新方法,TC含量2.7×10-7~8.1×10-6mol.L-1范围内与荧光强度呈线性,方法的检出限为1.14×10-9mol.L-1,方法用于片剂中四环素含量测定,结果满意,回收率在95%~105%之间。The inclusion effect between tetracycline and-cyclodextrin has been studied by fluorescence spectra and the inclusion mechanism of them were studied preliminarily.It was found that the fluorescence intensity of TC was greatly enhanced in the presence of-CD.So a new sensitive fluorescence method was established for the determining TC with high selectivity and specificity.The fluorescence intensity was linearly related to the TC concentration in the range of 2.7×10-7~8.1×10-6mol·L-1 and the detection limit was 1.14×10-9mol·L-1.It was satisfactorily applied to the determination of TC in troches and the recovery was within 95%~105%.
