摘　　要：目的:探讨剖宫产术后应用硬膜外镇痛泵的临床疗效。方法:选择剖宫产术患者260例,随机分为应用镇痛泵160例为观察组,100例不使用镇痛泵作为对照组,观察两组术后镇痛情况及不良反应。结果:观察组的术后镇痛效果明显优于对照组,但也存在一定的不良反应。结论:硬膜外镇痛泵镇痛效果确切,有利于产妇术后的恢复。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of epidural analgesia pump applied to postoperative analgesia of cesarean section.Methods：260 cases of cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups：one group was 160 cases of patients with analgesia pump as the observation group,and the others was 100 cases of non-use as the control group.The effect of analgesia and the untoward reaction of the two groups were compared.Results：The analgesic effect of the observation group was significantly superior to the control group,but there were some adverse reactions.Conclusion：The exact effect of epidural analgesia is conducive to the resumption of postoperative patients.
