人工合成的法氏囊活性肽对新城疫弱毒疫苗免疫效果影响的研究

摘　　要：应用人工合成的法氏囊活性肽给鸡两次注射，再应用新城疫弱毒活疫苗，结果表明：应用人工合成的法氏囊活性肽后短期内能够促进法氏囊的生长发育，这种促进作用的大小与应用剂量呈正相关，对脾脏生长发育没有影响。人工合成的法氏囊活性肽能够使血清中新城疫母源抗体保持较高水平和较长时间。After two injections of Synthetic bursin, ND live vaccine was applyed to chickens. The results showed that the Synthetic bursin can promote the Bursa of Fabricius growth in short time after application, this function has positive relationship with the increase of doses. The synthetic bursin has no affection on the spleen growth. It can maintain the serum antibody against NDV at higher level and longer time than that of the control. The synthetic bursin can also enhance the level of serum antibody anginst NDV induced by live vaccine.
