嘎木珠尔涂膜剂的长期毒性实验研究

摘　　要：目的:通过嘎木珠尔涂膜剂对家兔的长期毒性实验,对其安全性作初步评价;方法:设高、中、低3个不同剂量连续用药4周,检测血液学和组织学变化,观察嘎木珠尔涂膜剂的长期毒性反应;结果:高、中、低剂量嘎木珠尔涂膜剂用药2周对家兔一般行为活动、血象、生化指标未见明显影响,4周后高剂量组肝功、肾功部分指标有明显改变;随剂量增加心、肝、肾有不同程度的病理性改变;结论:嘎木珠尔涂膜剂临床短期外用是相对安全的,但应避免长期大量应用,否则会对内脏组织有一定的吸收毒性。Objective：To evaluate the safety of GaMuZhuer paint according to the result of its long-term toxicity experiment in rabbit.Methods：By determining the heamotological and histological changes we observed long-term toxicity of rabbits after given the paint in high,middle,and low dosage for four weeks continually.Results：After two weeks,in three different dosage groups respectively three were no obvious effects on rabbit＇ behavior,haemotological and biochemical normals;after four weeks,in high dosage groups there were significant differences of haemocological and biochemical normals from the control groups.In histological examination,no pathologic changes of heart,liver,kidney could be observed in low dosage group,silght changes in middle dosage group and obvious change in high dosage group do.Conclusion：GaMuZhuer paint is safe in clinical small dosage for short term,but the administration of GaMuZhuer paint in large dosage for long term should be avoided because of its obsorptive toxicity.
