摘 要:目的:研究家猪正常乳腺导管系统的解剖结构。方法:本试验共选取成年雌性家猪5只,共计乳房标本29例,左侧16例,右侧13例。应用导管铸型技术对上述29例成年雌性家猪乳房标本进行铸型,并对铸型标本进行观察。结果:每个输乳管均呈树状分支,构成1个导管系统。导管分支丰富,形态自然,分布均匀,管壁光滑,分支导管与上一级导管管径过渡平缓。以输乳管为第1级,常见的为9级分支结构,最多可达16级分支。以Y型分支(2分支型)为主,最多为5分支型。于导管分叉处直径略膨大。95%以上分支导管与上一级导管主轴延长线的夹角小于90度,导管分支间未见明显的吻合现象。结论:本研究通过导管铸型技术,成功的完成了29例家猪正常乳腺导管系统的铸型,为研究乳腺导管及腺泡系统的空间结构创造了条件,为进一步研究人乳腺导管系统提供了依据。Objective: To study the normal breast duct system anatomy of domestic pig.Methods: This study selected a total of five adult female domestic pigs,a total of 29 cases of breast specimens,the left 16 cases,the right side of 13 cases.Application of duct casting method on the above 29 cases of adult female domestic pig specimens cast breast,and casting specimens were observed.Results: each input duct showed a uniform tree branches to form a duct system.Duct branch is rich in natural form of uniform distribution,wall smooth,branch pipe and tube diameter on the transition to a flat.Duct to lose as the first one,common for the nine branches of the structure,up to 16 branches.Y-branches(2 branch type) are the main branches,up to 5-branches types.The bifurcation in the tube diameter slightly swollen.Over 95% of the branch pipe and a pipe on the main axis extending at an angle less than 90 degrees,and there is no obvious match phenomenon between branches.Conclusion: Through the duct casting technology,this study successfully completed the 29 cases of domestic pigs of normal breast duct system of the mold,created the conditions for the study of breast duct and acinar spatial structure,and provides a basis for the further study of human breast duct system.
