摘　　要：党中央决定,从2008年9月开始,用一年半左右的时间,在全党分批开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动。这是我们党认真贯彻落实十七大精神,在新的起点上发展中国特色社会主义的重大战略部署。为了学习领会、贯彻落实科学发展观,我们对科学发展观的一些基本问题,有必要做一些探讨。The Central Chinese Communist Party Committee stipulated that the philosophy of scientific development would be studied and implemented in a year and a half starting from September 2008.This paper makes a study of the significance of the decision.
