摘　　要：东盟是当今世界上主要由发展中国家构成的最成功的区域性国际组织之一。战后冷战格局的形成以及基于东南亚地区政治、宗教、文化多样性和经济发展不平衡性所引发的各种矛盾和冲突,彰显了东南亚国家谋求地区一体化的必然性和紧迫性。东盟作为一个政府间的国际组织,其对外政策的核心就是要借助各种手段和途径谋求东南亚地区的和平、安全、稳定与发展。Association of Southeast Asia Nations（ASEAN） is one of the successful regional organizations comprising developing countries.The organization is a product of the efforts to seek international and regional harmony and development in the Post - Cold - War Era facing a variety of politics,religions,cultures and other things alike.This paper attempts to study the diplomatic policies in the integration of ASEAN.
