摘  要:目的探讨放射性核素显像诊断下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的价值。方法利用SPECT对177例可疑下肢DVT患者进行99Tcm-大颗粒聚合白蛋白(99Tcm-MAA)核素静脉显像(RNV)。结果RNV对下肢DVT诊断的灵敏度、特异度和准确度分别为92.1%(129/140)、83.7%(31/37)、90.3%(160/177),DVT具有较为典型的RNV影像表现。结论RNV安全无创、简便易行,灵敏度、特异度及准确度较高,能较准确反映DVT后深浅静脉功能状态,是一种可靠的诊断下肢DVT方法。Objective To explore the value of radionuclide venography (RNV) in the diagnosis of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (DVT) . Methods One hundred and seventy-seven patients suffering from suspected lower extremity DVT the 99Tcm-maeroaggregateed albumin (99Tcm-MAA) RNV examination by SPECT. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of RNV in the diagnosis of DVT were 92.1% (129/ 140), 83.7% (31/37), 90.3% (160/177). DVT had a typical imaging feature of the RNV. Conclusions RNV is safe, non-invasive and simple. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of RNV are higher. And it can reflect the functional status of the veins of the patients with DVT more accurately. RNV is a reliable method in the diagnosis of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.
