摘　　要：一直以来,电量计费基本采用人工方式进行采集处理,致使工作效率低下,存储、分析、统计、应用等诸多不便,直接影响供电部门的工作效率。为此笔者提出采用多层分布式模式、C/S模式和B/S模式相结合的方式,充分运用网络分布式数据库、分布式多层应用、数据异地缓存和中间层技术,从而解决电量计费管理系统的问题。Power pricing has been gathered and processed by artificial means,which results in low working efficiency and inconvenience in storage,analysis,statistics and application.Therefore the author put forward multi-layer distributed mode,C/S mode and B/S model combined,making full use of network-distributed database,distributed multi-layer application,data buffer and middle-layer technology,so as to solve technical problems of power pricing management system.
