摘　　要：实施低碳经济是中国经济实现可持续发展的重要途径。本文就实施低碳经济的内涵、优势及有利条件进行分析,提出重庆实施低碳经济的目标、基本思路以及应处理好的几大关系,最后提出实施低碳经济战略,促进重庆产业结构调整的几点建议,以推动重庆实施低碳经济有新突破,产业结构调整有质的提升。The implementation of low - carbon economy is an important way for China to achieve sustainable development, but Chongqing has lagged behind several advanced regions in the development of low - carbon economy. This article analyzed the meaning, advantages and favorable conditions of low- carbon economy and put forward the objective and implementation strategy for Chongqing to develop low- carbon economy with the aim to adjust the industrial structure.
