摘　　要：病案信息服务是病案室一切工作的出发点。本文从病案信息资源的建设和管理、病案信息资源的开发和利用、病案专业人才的建设和培养、建立病案信息服务和管理的新模式四个方面叙述提高病案信息服务水平的具体做法。Medical records information service is the departure point and value of entire work in medical records office.This article describes the specific approaches to increase the level of medical records information service to preferably exert the role of medical records in terms of the following four aspects： the building and management of medical records information resources,the development and utilization of medical records information resources,the construction and cultivation of medical records professionals,the establishment of new medical records information services and management model.
