摘　　要：在社会医患矛盾日益凸显的情况下,医疗、护理纠纷的发生率呈现逐步增长的趋势,如何缓解医患纠纷成为当前各家医院亟待解决的重点问题之一。本文主要运用循证护理理念,结合护患纠纷的现状和成因,通过循证程序,制定循证护理的实施路径,防范护患纠纷。意在探索医院如何更加完善护理纠纷的管理流程、将规避护理纠纷管理系统化、理论化,从而使医院整体护理服务质量水平再上新台阶。The incidence of medical and nursing disputes shows a gradually increasing tendency due to increasingly distinct contradiction between doctors and patients in society.How to relieve doctor-patient disputes has become one of the key subjects urgently to resolve in each hospital.Considering the current situation and causes of nursing-patient disputes,we formulate the implementation way of evidence-based nursing,through evidence-based procedure under the evidencebased nursing philosophy,to prevent nursing-patient disputes.This article was designed to explore how to improve the management process of nursing disputes and avoid systematization and theorization of nursing disputes management,in order to push the service quality of holistic nursing to a new stage.
