摘　　要：研究了马立克氏病肿瘤细胞系（ＭＳＢ－１）培养物上清液对马立克氏病病毒（ＭＤＶ）体外增殖及体内致瘤作用的影响。结果表明，该上清液对体外ＭＤＶ的增殖有明显的特异性的抑制作用，并且这种抑制活性保持至少２３ｄ不降低，而对体内ＭＤＶ的致瘤作用有明显的促进作用，但其本身在鸡体内并无明显的快速致瘤作用。Experiments were conducted to assess the effects of MSB 1 culture supernatant to Marek′s disease virus (MDV) in vitro and in vivo. The results demonstrated that the cell free supernatant obviously and specifically inhibited the propagation of MDV in vitro, but enhanced the pathogenecity of MDV and increased the incidence of MD in vivo. However, the supernatant itself did not reveal the oncogenicity in vivo.
