Hybridization Test of Trichinella spiralis of Four Strains of Pig and Dog Isolated from Northeast China Each Other and with International Standard Strains

摘  要:为了给中国旋毛虫虫株的分类提供依据,将分离自中国东北地区的4株猪、犬源旋毛虫虫株(猪2,犬2)分别接种于小鼠,按常规分离出肌幼虫,纯化后,设8个杂交试验组,将每2个虫株的雌、雄幼虫体各5条混合,以食管灌注法接种于小鼠,42d后扑杀,消化、集虫、计数回收肌幼虫数。同法进行了哈尔滨猪株、犬株与国际标准虫株Trichinelaspiralis(T.s)、T.nativa(T.na)之间的杂交试验。结果:猪株间、犬株间杂交结果与对照无差异(P>0.05),而猪、犬株间杂交结果与对照差异极显著(P<0.01);哈尔滨猪株与T.s、犬株与T.na杂交结果与对照无差异(P>0.05),而猪株与T.na、犬株与T.s杂交结果与T.s对照差异极显著(P<0.01),表明哈尔滨猪源旋毛虫为T.s,犬源旋毛虫为T.na。To provide a basis for the Trichinella strains of China to be classified, the mice were inoculated with four Trichinella strains of pig and dog isolated from Northeast China (two pig strains from Harbin and Shenyang and two dog strains from Harbin and Changchun) respectively.After muscle larvae being isolated and purificated by common method, eight hybridized groups of two strains each were set up and a total of 20 muscle larvae (10 males and 10 females) of two strains each group were mixed and poured into stomach of mouse. After 42 d, they were killed and digested and the muscle larvae were collected and counted. In addition, the hybridized tests of pig and dog strains with two international standard strains i.e. Trichinella spiralis (T.s) and Trichinella nativa (T.na) were also finished. Results showed that there were no significant differences (P>0.05) between the strains from pig and pig, dog and dog, pig and T.s, and dog and T.na, but there were significant differences (P<0.01) between the strains from pig and dog, pig and T.na, and dog and T.s as compared with control. It can be concluded that the pig strains and dog strains isolated from Northeast China belong to T.s and T.na, respectively.
