摘　　要：本文通过阐述公共事业管理专业建设中所面临的问题，分析公共事业管理专业建设的不同背景，指出为适应我国社会改革与经济发展的要求，满足公共事务和公共事业改革发展的需要，作为一门新兴学科——公共事业管理，应该结合实际，聚合学校、教师和学生三方的努力，共同重视实践教学，以期公共事业管理的教学有进一步的提高。This article analyses the different backgrounds in construction of public administration specialty by expatiating the problems faced in this construction process. And it points out that public administration, as an emerging subject,should be integrated with actual and gather three sides efforts of school, teacher and student with the common emphasis on practice teaching in order to adapt to China＇s requirements on social reform and economic development, moreover, to meet the demands of public affairs and public utilities＇ reform and development. We hope that the teaching of public administration will have further improvement by these measures.
