摘　　要：瑞尔黑变病是一种发生在面颈部的色素沉着性皮肤病,严重影响患者容貌。目前其病因及发病机制尚不明确。本文通过对有关黑变病的病因及发病机制的文献资料分析、归纳,对其病因以及发病机制的一些问题进行了探讨,希望能够对黑变病的进一步研究提供帮助。Riehl＇s melanosis is a pigmented dermatitis that develops over the face and neck, which affects the appearance of patients. At present, the etiology and pathogenesis of Riehl＇s melaonosis are not clear. This article studies some questions about the etiology and pathogenesis of Riehl＇s melaonosis by means of analyzing and concluding articles related it, and hope to give help to further study of melanosis.
