摘　　要：2006年1月1日起施行的《中华人民共和国公务员法》规定:"国家实行工资调查制度,定期进行公务员和企业相当人员工资水平的调查比较,并将工资调查比较结果作为调整公务员工资水平的依据。"据此,本文对实施公务员工资水平调查的背景、意义、战略目标、近期目标及工作难点进行了分析,以期为建立科学合理的公务员水平调查制度有所裨益。The Civil Servant Law of the People＇s Republic of China sayOur country conducts salary survey system,so we will survey and compare the salary standard between civil servants and their counterparts in enterprises regularly and adjust the salary standard to civil servants according to the results of surveys and comparisons.Accordingly,this paper makes a research on the historical context,strategic objectives,major tasks,basic principles, objectives of the survey,investigation,related investigations,work related issues and difficult of the investigation on the implementation of civil service wages.
