摘　　要：现代国际私法中的意思自治原则呈现出许多新的发展趋势:意思自治原则的适用领域不断扩张;意思自治原则和最密切联系原则趋于一种融合;弱者保护在意思自治原则中得以体现。意思自治原则的扩张符合私法自治的精神并有助于实现传统冲突法所追求的价值目标;最密切联系与意思自治原则的融合有助于确定性与灵活性的和谐统一,从而实现冲突规范的价值平衡;弱者保护在意思自治原则中的体现与现代国际私法追求实质正义的价值目标相一致,并有助于实现国际私法的人文精神。With the new trends appearing in Party Autonomy Principle,it tends to be more combined with the closest contact principle and the scope of its adopting has been extended while the weak protection has also been embodied.The extension of Party Autonomy Principle is in agreement with the spirit of autonomy in private law and could help realizing the value goal which the traditional conflict law has been pursuing.The combination with the closest contact principle could achieve the value balance of conflict standard by realizing the harmony and unity of certainty and flexibility.The embodiment of the weak protection is consistent with the value goal of seeking substantial justice in modern private international law and helps exhibiti ng the humanistic spirit.
