摘 要:利用FCC废催化剂吸附去除废水中的Cu^2+,考察了振荡时间,温度和pH值对Cu63+在FCC废催化上吸收的影响,探讨了吸附机理,并对吸附及吸附剂可再生性作了考察。结果表明,振荡时间,温度及pH值对Cu^2+的吸附效果影响较大。Cu^2+在FCC废催化上的吸附符合Freundlich和Langmuir模式,吸附呈单分子层形式且易进行,吸附机理是靠静电引力发生交换吸附及化学键力形成羟基络合物而吸附。The adsorption of waste FCC(Fluidized Catalytic Cracking) catalyst was used to remove Cu2+ in the wastewater.The effect of shaking time,temperature and PH value on the adsorption of Cu2+ onto waste FCC catalyst was in.spected. The mechanism for the adsorption was studied. The column test and the regeneration of the adsorbent were in-spected the. The results indicate that shaking time, temperature and PH value are the main factors to affect adsorption ofCu2+. The adsorption of Cu2+ onto waste FCC catalyst is classified to mono-molecular type, which can be well describedby Freundlich and Langmuir models.Cu2+ is easy to be adsorbed by the adsorbent. The mechanism for the adsorption is:Cu2+ is adsorbed by cation exchange or the formation of hydroxo complex. The successive operation for adsorption ofCu2+ is feasible. The adsorbent is easy to be regenerated.
