摘  要:目的探讨交互式教学模式在口腔颌面外科门诊脉管性疾病临床实习中的应用,旨在提高教学质量。方法采用交互式教学法,改进口腔外科门诊脉管性疾病临床教学,对学生的阶段考试和期末考试成绩分析,观察学生自信心、学习主动性和人际交往方面的变化。结果实验班脉管性疾病内容的成绩均高于对照班(P<0.05)。对照班学生和实验班学生两者在学习主动性和人际交往方面存在统计学意义(P<0.05);实验班学生的自信心、学习主动性、人际交往能力在实验前后有显著提高(P<0.05)。结论通过交互式教学方法,能有效地提高口腔医学生的口腔外科学习工作能力和实习质量。Objective To improve the quality of out-patient clinical practice teaching by applying interactive teaching in vessel diseases for students in oral and maxillofacial surgery department. Methods Interactive teaching was used to improve oral clinical teaching of vessel diseases. The results of phased test and final examination were analyzed and the changes of students' self-confidence, learning initiative and interpersonal communication were observed. Results The score on the content of vascular diseases in the experimental class was significantly higher than that of the control class (P 〈0. 05 ). It was the same with learning initiative and inter-personal communication (P 〈 0. 05 ). Moreover, there was a significance improvement in the students' self- confidence, learning initiative and interpersonal communication in the experimental class (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The quality of clinical teaching practice as well as students' abilities could be improved by using the interactive teaching approach.
