摘　　要：制定合理的培养计划,加强入科教育、基本理论的学习、临床技能培训,开展专题讲座、病例讨论、安全教育,强化日常管理和全面考核等措施,是培养实习学生职业素质的有效途径。The effective measures to train and improve interns＇ professional quality are developing a reasonable training plan, strengthening initial-stage education at their entry in this field, paying attention to their basic theory learning and clinical skill training, conducting seminars and discussing cases, stressing safety education, intensifying the day-to-day management and comprehensive assessment for interns.
