摘  要:目的比较几种常用影像学技术在先天性单侧肺动脉发育异常中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析8例先天性单侧肺动脉发育异常患者的临床表现、胸片、二维彩色心脏超声心动图、心导管检查和心血管造影资料。结果胸片对本病没有诊断价值,但在常规检查中具有重要意义。二维彩色心脏超声心动图可以明确有无伴随的心内畸形、良好地显示心室与大动脉的连接,但对心外的大血管走行方向,尤其是肺动脉的发育情况则显示欠佳。心导管检查和心血管造影能够清楚地显示心外大血管的走行和发育,了解病侧肺血供情况,并能进一步证明心内合并的畸形。结论心导管检查和心血管造影仍是目前确诊本病的最可靠的方法。Objective To evaluate the common medical imaging technologies in the diagnosis of congenital unilateral abnormality of pulmonary arteries. Methods The clinical manifestation,chest X-ray,2-dimensional echocardiography,catheterization and angiography were analyzed in 8 children with congenital unilateral abnormality of pulmonary arteries retrospectively. Results The chest X-ray was indicative in the regular clinical examinations though it was of no value in the diagnosis. Two dimensional echocardiography could demonstrate clearly associated intracardiac defects and the connection between ventricles and great arteries. But the extracardiac great arteries,in particular conditions of pulmonary arteries were imaged poorly using this technology. The catheterization and angiography could show distinctly the extracardiac great arteries. In addition,the blood supply of the affected lung was well evaluated and the associated intracardiac defects were also confirmed further with catheterization and angiography. Conclusion Catheterization and angiography is the best way in the diagnosis of congenital unilateral abnormality of pulmonary arteries.
