摘　　要：目的探讨数字化移动式放射成像系统在临床工作中的应用价值,拓宽数字化移动式放射成像系统的使用领域。方法通过对数千例患者于各种环境下进行X线摄影,总结该系统在操作过程、图像处理等方面的优缺点。结果优点:①该系统操作简捷、易于搬运,适合多种环境下投照。②获得图像快捷、清晰,甲片率高,存储量大,性价比高。③可对图像进行各种后处理,便于图像的存贮、传输及会诊。缺点:图像易失真、放射辐射防护难度大、搬运过程中机械性能有待于改进。结论该系统适合于临床X线诊断,特别是应对突发性公共事件具有独特的优势。Objective To discuss value of,digital mobile radiography systems in clinical work,widen the digital mobile radiography system for use in research.Methods They pass through the thousands of patients on a variety of environments X-ray photography,summing up the system in operation,image processing,and so on advantages and disadvantages.Results Advantages：①the system operations simple,portable,designed for a wide range of environment projection.②getting quick,clear,plates and high,storage capacity,high performance/price ratio image.③you can take a variety of afterprocessing,easy-to-image storage,transfer and consultation.Disadvantages：image distortion,easy-to-radiation protection difficult,conveying the implementation in the course of machinery to be improving.Conclusion The system is suitable for clinical X-ray,in particular the emergent public event has specific advantages.
