摘 要:选取30周龄海兰白蛋鸡600只,随机分成3组,每组重复4次,每重复50只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别饲喂添加不同水平的植酸酶及磷酸氢钙的试验日粮,测定蛋鸡的生产性能、蛋品质和对磷的利用率。结果表明:同时添加植酸酶和磷酸氢钙的试验组比对照组的产蛋率、蛋重、蛋壳强度及饲料转化率均有提高,产蛋率与对照差异显著(P<0.05);饲料中添加植酸酶可提高产蛋率及饲料和磷的利用率,并对蛋品质没有不良影响。The basal diet was supplemented with phytase and dicalcium phosphate to study the effects on the performance,egg quality and phosphorus utilization efficiency of 600 30-week-old Hyline white laying hens who were randomly devided into 3 groups with 4 replications and 50 per replication.The results showed that the laying rate,egg weight,eggshell strength and feed utilization efficiency increased,in which the laying rate increased significantly.Phytase supplemented into the feed could significantly improve the laying rate and the utilization efficiency of feed and phosphorus and had no harmful effect on the egg quality.
