摘  要:讨论了长线磁致伸缩位移传感器中激励波的产生机理及分布特性,分别对永久磁铁磁场作用下磁致伸缩线材内外磁场和脉冲电流作用下线材内外的周向磁场进行了分析,讨论了在合成磁场作用下弹性波和固支波的相关机理,构建了相应的数据模型。通过建立有限元模型,使用ANSYS仿真平台进行了激励磁场的仿真模拟,获得了激励波的相关参数,为提高该种传感器检测精度提供了理论依据和实验数据。The generating mechanism and the distribution characteristic of impulse source within the magnetostrictive line sensor were discussed. The magnetic field were magnetostrictive line influenced by the magnetic field of permanent magnet and the impulse current magnetic field were analyzed. The theory models about the elastic wave and the fixed end wave, which was generated by the compound magnetic field, were discussed, and the corresponding matheratical models were constructed. By appling the numerical value simulation software ANSYS, the impulse torsional magnetic field on the sensor line was simulated with electromagnetic theories. Some key parameters about impulse source were deduced. This study woald provide the theoretical basis and experimental data for promoting the signal quality of the signal detection of the sensor.
