摘　　要：对目前常用的三种筛选PHB高产菌株的方法进行了比较研究,包括操作过程、筛选效率及灵敏度,评价了每种方法的优缺点及可行性,以期为获得一种快速高效的PHB高产菌株检测、筛选方法提供理论依据。The three kinds of screening methods for high-yielding PHB strains were studied,it include operating process,sensitivity and screening efficiency,furthermore,the relative merits and feasibility of each method were evaluated in this paper,so as to provide the theory basis for obtain an efficient method on screening high-yielding PHB strain.
